Zahr Adelheid has an excellent pedigree as son of top-class progenitor Zandor Z, out of his own family. In the second remove, the great sires Zeus and Argentinus are reunited with two full sisters by Polydor x Ascona. This success combination resulted in the international show jumping horses Sonora la Silla (Jan Tops), Padua (Ralf Schneider) and Poor Boy (Beat Mändli). Zahr Adelheid was licensed by the AES as a 3-yr-old and until 2008 produced a total of seven products for breeder Willy Sidorak in France. Meanwhile two sons of Zahr Adelheid are successful in the national showjumping sport, namely Saphir du Frelut (Florie Laure Etien) and Blacktendrer du Frelut (Wilfrid Pierrot). Since 2009 sire Zahr Adelheid is still standing in Belgium at the Station of Eddy Vrijsen in Peer (www.sibstud.be).
