The Farn daughters Waskina and Adelheid formed the basis for NL-mares line 042 of our studfarm. Both are bread out of the daughter of Komeet and the mare Jolet (Talisman xx). Jolet herself was also covered by Farn, which resulted in the gelding Normi. This three quarter brother of Waskina and Adelheid finished as a 5-yr-old in fifth place at the Dutch National Selection in the category of best riding horse. After this, Normi made a career in the showjumping sport under the Dutch Bert Heijman who was living in the south of Germany at the time. In the period 1982-1986 Normi started there by the name of Facetti and was successful at national level in Grand Prix accumulating a winnings of 25.000 German marks. He was placed in more than 50 classes at S level (1.40-1.50m) of which he won seven.
